Saturday I got to Jon and Shannon's at 9:20 to take care of Rylee which they went to a morning wedding. At about 5:30 I called to see if they could bring me a bottle of Tequila and Rylee wanted little painted dolls...from Mexico that is...as I was sure they had crossed the border! Ha ha...they showed up about 6:00. Rylee and I had a great day though! Lots of smiles and cuddling. She was very good.
Today, Sunday, I did all the washing, cleaned and made Spaghetti and had Shan, Jon and Rylee for dinner. (Although Rylee only ate soy...go figure-when the sauce was soo good.) Now I am ready to watch Desperate Housewives and Brothers and Sisters...so see ya..............

Sounds like a good weekend was had by all in blogland.
That is a long day of babysitting (odd to have a morning wedding to go to), but if they were escaping to another country I think you'd have to ask for a Cuba cigar.
Good to hear the Rylee has become a happier camper. You should feel honored that such new parents would entrust their child to you for the entire day without a second thought. However, now you are in trouble. Rylee will be asking for a slumber party with Grandma any day now.
Hopefully she will continue being a pleasant person. Emma would love to have a slumber party with Rylee when we come to Florida in January. If Rylee can't make it, we have all the makings for a fun mother daughter slumber party. (Carol only celebrated her 3 anniversary this year. Better late than never on our fun girl's weekend!)
Hmmm, maybe you need to equip the wayward parents with a lowjack next time they head out! :) Can't wait to see you all!
