Hmmm...I have this package sitting on my dining room table waiting for someone to take it to the PO. Sounds like you aren't jumping at the chance...
It seems as if your postal system is just as bad as ours. Some time ago they all went on strike and it was a nightmare to get your post. We received overdue electricity bills that the Municipality charged another amount on because payment was late. So it became a vicious circle that the public now had to pay for the PO strike!
