Darn computers are so madding! Hooked up comcast high speed Internet five days ago and the darn thing is so slow...I want to throw the works out the window...and almost did!

Ah yes, high speed internet is essentially reverting back to dial up with just a few tweaks to make it faster. We tried that briefly and had to go with DSL or cable. It might just give you an excuse to go visit Shannon every day and use their internet! :c)
I can relate! Although, our comcast has always been fairly speedy.
